At WildFire CrossFit, we believe that fitness isn’t just about lifting heavier weights or running faster. It’s about showing up—consistently. That’s why we created the Commitment Club, a program designed to celebrate your effort, build accountability, and foster a stronger community.
This year, we’ve taken it a step further by integrating the Commitment Club with the PushPress app. Every time you check in and take a class, the app tracks your progress toward our monthly goal: 16 classes in a month. Hit that target, and not only will you have accomplished something incredible for yourself, but you’ll also earn a special sticker and potential prizes to celebrate your achievement.
The Commitment Club is about so much more than a sticker. It’s about setting a goal, staying accountable, and helping each other along the way.
Accountability: The Key to Consistency
It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos of life and all the reasons why you “can’t” make it to class. But the truth is, you don’t have to overthink it. You just have to show up.
The Commitment Club helps you focus on consistency. By tracking your attendance in the PushPress app, you get a tangible way to “check the box” and see your progress. That small act of accountability—knowing you’re working toward a goal—can make all the difference on the days when motivation feels hard to find.
The Power of Community
Here’s the magic of the Commitment Club: it’s not just about you. When you commit to showing up for class, you’re inspiring others to do the same.
Your presence has a ripple effect. Seeing you in class might be the nudge someone else needs to get out of bed or squeeze in a workout after a long day. And when you bring others along on this journey, you’re not just helping them stay committed—you’re helping yourself stay committed, too. It is much easier for you to get to class knowing that the other members and fellow athletes will be there.
Fitness is more fun with friends. When we show up for ourselves and for each other, we all win.
It’s Not Just About the Sticker—It’s About the Promise to Yourself & Ultimately Your Health
We get it—16 classes in a month can feel like a lot. But even if you don’t hit that number, the real victory lies in the effort.
Every time you come to class, you’re keeping a promise to yourself. You’re choosing to prioritize your health and your goals, even when it’s hard. And that’s what truly matters.
Whether you hit the Commitment Club this month or not, if the effort to reach it gets you to show up more often than you otherwise would have, you’ve won.
- You win because you got one or two extra days in.
- You win because you pushed through the hard days when skipping would’ve been easier.
- You win because you proved to yourself that you can commit—and follow through for whatever number of classes that means to you.
There’s Still Time—Finish Strong!
With 11 days left this month, there’s still time to make the Commitment Club. If you’ve already been in for five classes this year, you can absolutely reach 16 by the end of the month. Even if you don’t, every day you show up is a step closer to your goals.
Let’s make the most of it:
- Tell a friend about your goal. Invite them to join you in class.
- Encourage others. The more we support each other, the stronger our community becomes.
- Focus on effort, not perfection. Consistency wins every time.
Celebrate Yourself and Your Community
The Commitment Club isn’t just a challenge—it’s a celebration of effort, accountability, and the power of community. So whether you’re chasing that 16-class goal or simply focusing on showing up more often, know that you’re part of something bigger.
You’re inspiring others. You’re building a stronger, more supportive community. And most importantly, you’re becoming the person who keeps showing up—for yourself and for your goals.
Let’s finish this month strong, WildFire. You’ve got this—and we’ve got your back.
