WildFire had a great weekend at the Cactus Games.

Team Chalk Junkies - Nicole James, Ashley Selby and & Maddie Doran took 1st place in the female RX team division!!

Team Not Fast Just Furious - Tatjana Sulaver, Jesse Green & Tiffany Divelbiss took 7th place in the female RX team division.

There were 20 total teams in the female RX division.

Ariel Correira competed in the Individual RX division and took 8th place overall!

Congrats to all our athletes who competed and a huge THANK YOU to all who came out to the event to cheer our WildFire Athletes on.

Tuesday

Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:
5 Front Squats, pick load
5 Muscle-ups

Wednesday

WOD:

As many reps as possible in 10 mins of:
2 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Dumbbell Farmer Carry, 70/50 lbs, 100 ft
4 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Dumbbell Farmer Carry, 70/50 lbs, 100 ft
6 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Dumbbell Farmer Carry, 70/50 lbs, 100 ft

...Continue adding 2 Box Jump Over reps each round until time expires.
