We are excited to announce the launch of our new specialty program. The LIV 55+ Program is designed specifically for adults aged 55 and older. LIV stands for Longevity, Independence, and Vitality, embodying our commitment to helping our members achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle.
What is the LIV 55+ Program?
The LIV 55+ Program is tailored to meet the unique needs of older adults. Our goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. The program focuses on functional movements that are essential for daily activities, helping our members maintain their independence and vitality as they age.
Who is it For?
- Age Group: Adults 55 years and older
- Fitness Level: Designed for individuals with little to no fitness experience or active individuals that want to increase their fitness level and strength
- Goals: To build strength, enhance mobility, and promote longevity
Program Highlights
- Functional Fitness: Exercises that mimic everyday activities to improve overall functionality
- Strength Training: Safe and effective strength-building workouts to enhance muscle mass and bone density
- Mobility and Flexibility: Stretching and mobility exercises to increase range of motion and reduce the risk of injury
- Community: A welcoming and supportive community to foster motivation, camaraderie and healthy social environment
When Does it Start?
The first 6 week session will begin August 19th. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am.
