The Journey Thus Far: Celebrating Your Dedication
Our Commitment Club is about recognizing and celebrating your dedication. Logging 12 workouts a month in the Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB) app has not just been a number; it's been a testament to your perseverance, discipline, and passion for CrossFit. Seeing so many of you consistently hitting or surpassing this mark has been nothing short of inspiring.
Why Beyond the Whiteboard?
For those new to our community, you might wonder why we use Beyond the Whiteboard. Simply put, it's an unparalleled tool for tracking your fitness journey. It allows you to log workouts and track your progress. It’s about setting goals, crushing them, and setting new ones.
Raising the Bar: From 12 to 16
Now, for the big news. Starting next month, we’re raising the bar for our Commitment Club. The new benchmark for making it into the club will be logging 16 plus workouts a month in the BTWB app. These workouts do not all need to happen in the gym. Going for a run or hike on your off day? Log it! On vacation and complete a body weight or hotel gym workout? Log it! Why the change? Because we believe in you and your ability to push your limits. This isn’t just about increasing numbers; it’s about growing our commitment to ourselves and our fitness.
