Merry Christmas Eve!

This morning at WildFire CrossFit we have the 12 Bars of Christmas Workout! It’s a FUN workout and it’s performed just like the song… 

On the 1st day of Christmas my WildFire Coach gave to me, a Deadlift.
On the 2nd  day of Christmas my WildFire Coach gave to me, 2 Hang Power Cleans and a Deadlift. 
On the 3rd day of Christmas my WildFire Coach gave to me, 3 Front Squats, 2 Hang Power Cleans, and a Deadlift. 

And on the 12th Day, you are doing it all!!
