We are adding a new class at WildFire, or rather, bringing back an old class. An old class with an upgrade that is.

As always, you may come into the gym to attend this class, OR, you can jump online from anywhere you have an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or phone and receive the same coaching and interaction you would in the gym with our fully interactive system.

That’s right, when you sign in and activate your webcam and mic, we will be able to see and hear each other so we can explain the workouts, answer questions, give feedback to improve your form, and of course, motivate you to keep moving.

Correctly named, “Burn”, a mostly bodyweight, 35-minute, fitness class that will begin at 7am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and continue every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm. This class is a great addition to your current training, a way to work out when you can’t get into the gym, and a great way to begin your fitness journey.

Just a few of the benefits of adding a mostly bodyweight class to your training regimen are: You will lose weight and improve your lean muscle mass. Build core strength and stability and improve your overall mobility. Plus, working out regularly will give you more energy for the things that matter most to you.

What we do in the gym as Coaches works and by making the same great coaching we offer in the gym available online, you will move better, reduce the risk of injury, go faster, and let’s face it, have a lot more fun! As coaches we will also help you modify the workout according to your fitness level and therefore, get the workout that is right for YOU!!

If you are attending the class in the gym, we will have additional Strength programmed immediately following the workout.

This is only the beginning! We will be adding additional classes to the schedule SOON.
