Tomorrow night at 5pm, we will find out what the first Open workout is going to be.

The Main Event at WildFire CrossFit is going to be on Saturdays at 10am and we highly encourage you to participate at this time because this is an experience that you are not going to want to miss.

Events like this are what makes CrossFit so special.

Cheering, Community, Teamwork, and a whole lotta FUN!

Just remember as you prepare for the Open that each week, it’s just one workout.

That’s right, one workout that will average 12 minutes.

Don’t take too much time off around the time you plan to do the workout. The day before, you should take it easy. Get a sweat going, work on some mobility and if you are taking class, go a little lighter and work more form and technique than anything.

While we will have something programmed for Friday, we will change it accordingly based on what the Open workout is going to be.

IMPORTANT: One last thing….be sure to Register by Thursday night for a time to do the Open workout.

With a record number of people participating, we need to be able to get heats together so that each time runs smoothly and efficiently.

It’s going to be a lot of FUN so GET EXCITED and whether this is your first Open, or you eight, make it the BEST YET!

Line Drills

Straight leg kicks

Donkey Kicks

Inch Worms

Burpee broad jumps


Strength: Deadlift



For Time (this is a sprint)

10 Deadlifts 1.5 Bodyweight

20 Lateral Bar over Burpees

30 Double Unders

Rx + is 2x Bodyweight & Unbroken Double Unders

Burn is KB DL & Singles
