Strength: Aww YEAH…we’ve got a GREAT one for you today! Some upper body work followed by a little intensity. Then, there’s nothing like a little Tabata to get you through your hump day!

Push Press: 3 Min To find Weight
-Then-
3 Sets of 2 Reps with a 30 sec rest between each set

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set

-Then-

“Death By” – Thrusters and Burpee Over Bars
Starting with 2 Reps of Each
Add 1 Rep every minute on the minute

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

WOD: A little Tabata
20 Seconds of work followed by 10 Seconds of Rest for 10 Rounds

Tabata Push Press, 95/65 lbs
Score = Total Reps Over 10 Rounds
