Sign In

 

This week, Signing in is going to be the first step in the warm up.

Some of you do a great job at signing in for every class.

We still have a lot of athletes who aren’t signing in before class and we need to tighten it up.

We need you to sign in so that we can see who is attending which classes when, run an accurate missing student report, and be made aware of issues to your account.

Everyone should be able to sign in. IF not, it’s all good and probably something simple. If for any reason, you can’t sign in or your name does not appear, please let a coach know and we will take care of it.

Help us keep each other on point. If someone walks by you without signing in, please remind them to sing in. By reminding each other and working together we can solve the issue together.

Guys, this will save us a lot of time and make things a lot easier for us.

This is what is known as an auxiliary exercise. The Snatch Balance will help you get under the bar faster and help you work on your “active shoulder” position.

WOD: 3 Round For Time Of
Run, 400 m

10 Power Snatches, 95/55 lbs

10 Overhead Squats, 95/55 lbs

40 Double Unders
