Today, we are getting after it. A few sets of Deadlift…and then on to the WOD!

WOD: In 25 mins do:
Run, 1 mi
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
5 Deadlifts, 205/160 lbs
10 Pull-ups
10 Row Calories
