It’s Presidents Day, and at WildFire CrossFit we have a full schedule of classes:

CrossFit: 5:15am – 6am – 9am – 12pm – 4:30pm – 5:30pm – 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Burn: 5:30pm

Congratulations to Troop 020 of the World’s Best Boot Camp Phoenix for successfully graduating the transformation machine! You accomplished so much over the last 6 weeks and constantly showed how you are #StrongerTogether!

Congratulations to Erin Brown & Luis Suarez and Brandy Burrows for competing in The Unbroken Series “Cupid’s Revenge” Competition at CrossFit Forever Strong in Chandler.

Erin & Luis finished 1st in their division! GREAT JOB!! Talk about perseverance. Going into the final workout tied for third, they crushed the final workout to pull ahead and take 1st place!

This is a FREE event where the incredible, Coach Tiffany, is going to break down nutrition. Including topics like: eating for performance, you gotta eat to lose weight, and fielding your questions. By better understanding the choices we make it is easier to stay on track and follow a program. There is nobody better at explaining those choices than Coach Tiffany! So be here, this Wednesday at WildFire CrossFit!

What’s on Tap for Today

First, we have a 1 Rep Max Push Press. Over the past few weeks, we have been building up from the 5 sets of 8 Shoulder Press to the Thruster EMOM, now we are going to max out with the Push Press. Its’ been almost a year since we did an official 1 Rep Max Push Press so we are expecting some big PR’s!

REMEMBER: You can’t bend your knees if your butt is squeezed!

Then we have a nice little President’s Day workouts for you. Today, it doesn’t matter what your political belief. Today, we get to celebrate the freedom we have from living in a great country with founding leaders such as George Washington who persevered through all odds.

Since we are in this together, Work together during this workout. We have a wall climb, and while there will be 2 options, help each other over the tall wall. Today, challenge each other to be just a little bit better!
